80/20 Home

Engineering Health Through Design

80/20 Home was created for homeowners who want their homes to support strength, recovery, energy, and long-term well-being — without making healthy living feel complicated.

We believe your home should not just reflect your lifestyle.

It should help improve it.

Meet the Founder

80/20 Home was founded by Alex Chairez, a licensed Professional Engineer and wellness-focused designer with experience contributing to the development and design of thousands of homes.

After years of working in land development, studying zoning and learning the way our environments are built, one question became impossible to ignore:

What if the home itself could make healthy living easier?

Not by adding more pressure.

Not by chasing trends.

Not by turning wellness into another task.

But by designing the home so movement, recovery, and well-being become easier to access every day.

That idea became 80/20 Home.

Why 80/20?

Modern bathroom with beige textured walls, large mirror, wooden shelving with towels, potted plant, and a hot tub or pool in the foreground, with natural light coming through large windows and sheer curtains.

The name comes from the 80/20 principle: the idea that a small number of high-impact decisions can create the majority of results.

We apply that principle to residential wellness design.

Instead of assuming every part of the home needs to change, we identify the most meaningful spaces — the areas where better design can create the greatest improvement in daily life.

A home gym that removes the commute.

A recovery space that makes restoration convenient.

A bathroom designed for ease, confidence, and longevity.

An outdoor area that encourages movement, sunlight, and routine.

Small areas. Big impact.

Our Philosophy

Modern wellness room with a heated sauna, small indoor pool, workout equipment, plants, and minimalistic decor.

Health should be convenient.

The modern world has made almost everything easier — except taking care of yourself.

Most homes are designed for appearance, storage, entertainment, and comfort.

But health requires a different kind of design.

At 80/20 Home, we create spaces that make the healthy choice the easy choice.

Because when movement and recovery live where life already happens, wellness becomes less dependent on discipline and more supported by design.

What Makes Us Different

Luxurious spa room with a hot tub, surrounded by lush green plants, a large arched window with sunlight, and a wooden sauna with glass door emitting red light, all under a ceiling with wooden panels and modern lighting.

A more intelligent way to design wellness into the home.

80/20 Home is not simply a home gym company, a bathroom remodeler, or a luxury spa concept.

We are a wellness-focused home design company built around convenience, longevity, and daily use.

What makes the approach different:

  • Engineering-minded planning

  • Wellness-first design strategy

  • High-impact use of space

  • Premium, home-integrated aesthetics

  • Focus on movement, recovery, and independence

  • Collaboration with licensed contractors and skilled trades

  • Designs tailored to how each homeowner actually lives

  • The result is a home that feels elevated, personal, and purposeful.
